Core Values

Tepa Native Enhancement Plan (NEP)

Tepa is deeply committed to supporting Native American Nations and people. To support our Tribe’s vision to accelerate the employment of native people and to partner with more tribal nations and their enterprises, Tepa developed the Native Enhancement Plan (NEP). The NEP is one of Tepa’s top priorities to employ and partner with more Native Americans and enterprises meaningfully.

The plan centers on five pillars, each representing a focus area with strategies to achieve the goals.

  • Business Unit Manager, Industrial Services

    Brandon Mann

"The culture here is great. People want to feel like they’re part of an organization and making a difference. The people here at Tepa feel that; truly is a place where people are excited to get up and go to work."

    Brandon Mann
  • Deputy Project Manager, Environmental Services

    Dillon Moran

“Tepa has emphasized re-establishing a collaborative and fun culture in the post-pandemic workplace.”
