The Mass Notification System (MNS) Expansion at Nellis and Creech Air Force bases in Nevada was a sole-source, design-bid-build project. The project included installing 11 fully operational solar-powered speaker systems and poles (I-Force 3200 towers), system and operations integration with the existing Wide Area MNS at the bases, electrical work, fire suppression elements and demolition activities.

The Tepa team earned a Very Good rating in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and zero lost-time hours.

Workers in high-visibility clothing are performing maintenance on a tall, pole-mounted siren in a fenced area with gravel ground. A truck is parked nearby, and the scene is set on an overcast day with mountains visible in the background.
