The Nervino Fire Station project involved the construction of a new 4,400 SF building to house three fire engines, offices and training space. The Tepa team coordinated multiple subcontractors on a demanding schedule and overcame challenging weather conditions (high winds and cold temperatures) to deliver the project on time and within budget. The construction tasks included site work and utilities, sewer transfer station, water storage and distribution, foundation, electrical, mechanical and plumbing. The project also involved installing the HVAC system, controls, fire detection/prevention, paving, perimeter fencing and access gates.
The Tepa team delivered the project with zero lost time hours.
