FUDS Black Hills Army Depot Electrokinetic Remediation Pilot

Tepa demonstrated electrokinetic technology for this pilot project at the Former Black Hills Army Depot in South Dakota. The project included the development of program plans (project management plan, quality plan, work plan); site investigation; well installations; design installation and operation of the pilot electrokinetic system for in-situ treatment of contamination; removal of the system; abandonment of wells; and performance sampling and analysis. Our team prepared a final report documenting the results of the pilot study, developed a Feasibility Study for the site, and conducted annual groundwater sampling.
