HC-130J Personnel Recovery Flight Simulator
Tepa is working on this design-bid-build project to construct a new 18,191 square foot (SF) flight simulator facility that includes two simulator bays and supporting imaging, training, briefing, planning, administrative, break area, and security spaces.
The building consists of a structural steel frame with exterior precast wall panels, built-up roofing with a clay tile mansard roof, and an elevated site with an access drive and complete parking lot. Interior finishes were completed with overhead cranes and include fire sprinkler work, all new utilities, communication duct banks, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP).
