HC-130J Personnel Recovery Flight Simulator
Tepa completed this design-bid-build (D/B/B) project to construct a new 18,191-square-foot (SF) flight simulator facility that includes two simulator bays and supporting imaging, training, briefing, planning, administrative, break area, and security spaces.
The building consists of a structural steel frame with exterior precast wall panels, built-up roofing with a clay tile mansard roof, and an elevated site with an access drive and complete parking lot. Interior finishes were completed with overhead cranes and include fire sprinkler work; all new utilities; communication duct banks; and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP).
