Northern Colorado Springs Readiness Center

Tepa constructed a 65,641 square foot (SF) readiness center to house the Headquarters Company and the Alpha Rifle Company of the newly created 1-157th Infantry Battalion. The new facility contains office space, classrooms, restrooms, a kitchen, and training and storage areas. The scope of work included roof-mounted photovoltaic arrays on covered parking structures, earthwork, site utilities, stormwater drainage, asphalt and concrete paving, sidewalks, curb/gutters, access gates, site restoration, and landscaping. Tepa also built a new access road and improved an existing roadway.
