Physical Fitness Facility

Tepa constructed a two-story, 60,000 square foot (SF) physical fitness facility that services a user base of 3,001 to 6,000 civilians and soldiers. The facility’s construction is a combination of precast, curtain wall, and masonry with a thermoplastic polyolefin and standing seam metal roof. The interior is open to a clerestory with three basketball courts, an elevated running track around the basketball courts, open workout rooms, locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and interior ancillary space. Administrative areas include offices, break rooms, conference rooms, and restrooms for facility staff.
