13th CAB Titus Boulevard/Butts Road Intersection Realignment

Client:  USACE, Omaha District
Location: Fort Carson, Colorado

The 13th CAB Titus/Butts Intersection Realignment project involved constructing and rehabilitating Titus Boulevard and Butts Road to improve traffic. The new intersection and five-lane roadway merged two roads and terminated just north of Crows Foot to interface with the Crow’s Foot Bridge project. The Tepa team performed the following scope of work:

  • Demolition of utilities
  • Construction of a non-potable water distribution system, including piping, accessories, valves and couplings
  • Construction of a complete sanitary sewer system, precast items and concrete
  • Construction of storm drainage, culverts, piping, precast items and concrete
