Design-Build Andy III Repairs

Tepa (Goshawk, LLC) was the prime contractor for this project which addressed repairs at four electrical buildings, six tanks, and included the installation of a new generator at the Andy III fuels complex and tank farm located on the Andersen Air Force Base on the island of Guam.
