Tepa constructed a 21,044-square-foot (SF) Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to serve as an alternate command post for backup operations in emergencies that may cause Base shutdowns. The facility is composed of three functional areas: an 11,944 SF EOC, a 6,900 SF alternate command post, and a 2,200 SF facility for emergency management.
