Tepa served as the civil engineer for this project that rehabilitated Building 275 on the campus of historic Fort Leavenworth, located in Leavenworth, Kansas. The project included the renovation of a historic building and associated site improvements to provide a new functional space. As a subconsultant, Tepa was responsible for overseeing site civil design, managing the civil design team, and tracking the schedule and budget to completion. The project included design of new parking lot, pavement marking, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant sidewalks and ramps, new courtyard, landscape, stormwater system, sanitary sewer, potable water, and utility coordination for electrical and communications.
