Yosemite Cascades Former Creosote Dip Tank Removal Action

Tepa is implementing a previously developed Non-Time-Critical Removal Action work plan (NTCRAWP) at the El Capitan Former Waste Disposal Area. The project involves removing contaminated soil and debris, transporting them to appropriate disposal facilities, and preparing a Response Action Completion Report (RACR). The primary objective is to remediate pollution at the site in compliance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).
