Aligning our brands for the future

Tepa, LLC (Tepa) provides integrated services across the construction, engineering, environmental, industrial, and technology sectors. As our organization continues to grow, we are implementing strategic changes through the One Tepa Initiative, an effort designed to strengthen collaboration, create a more unified identity, and reinforce our commitment to operating as one team. With more than 500 employees across the Tepa Companies, the initiative reflects our shared mission of delivering exceptional service while working together to achieve common goals for the greater good of our organization, clients, and communities. 

As part of this evolution, we are aligning several legacy company names under the Tepa brand to create a more cohesive and recognizable identity in the marketplace. Recently, two companies within our Construction Division underwent name changes: 

• Roundhouse PBN, LLC is now Tepa Construction Solutions, LLC 

• Central Texas Express Metalwork, LLC is now Tepa Express Contracting, LLC 

These changes reflect our commitment to providing a clear and consistent brand experience for clients, partners, and stakeholders. By bringing our companies together under the Tepa name, we are strengthening recognition of the diverse capabilities available across our organization while emphasizing the collaborative approach that drives our success. 

While the names have changed, the expertise, leadership, and quality of service our clients have come to expect remain the same. Tepa Construction Solutions and Tepa Express Contracting will continue delivering the trusted construction and contracting services that have defined their reputations, now backed by the expanded resources, experience, and nationwide reach of the Tepa Companies. 

As a tribally owned enterprise of the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, Tepa remains focused on creating long-term value for our clients while supporting economic opportunities that benefit Tribal members and future generations. These updates represent another important step in our continued growth as a unified organization, positioning Tepa to deliver innovative solutions, strengthen client partnerships, and create lasting impact across the markets we serve.
