Contracting
The Tepa Companies support federal agencies through authorized contracting pathways, including the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program, when appropriate and in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations. As a tribally owned 8(a) participant, we help agencies meet mission requirements efficiently while maintaining strong governance, internal controls, and performance accountability.
Under 13 CFR §124.506(b), tribally owned 8(a) participants may be eligible for sole-source awards with standard thresholds of $25 million for civilian agencies and $100 million for DoD agencies. Awards above these thresholds may be made when the Contracting Officer determines a higher value is appropriate and documents the rationale in writing in accordance with the regulation.
