Developing Future Professionals: Inside Tepa’s 2026 Internship Program
Each year at the Tepa Companies, we take pride in investing in our summer internship program. Throughout the span of 12 weeks, college students who are looking for real-world experience are granted the opportunity to work alongside subject matter experts, expanding their skillsets and expertise in their chosen fields of study.
These students are quickly shaped into young professionals as they work alongside mentors, contribute to shared departmental goals, and tune in to team meetings where input and supportive feedback are encouraged. Along their journeys, interns also work across teams, learning about the flow of operations and picking up insider knowledge of how the Tepa Companies work as a whole.
This year, Tepa’s 2026 intern class consisted of nine interns who worked across various project sites and office locations in the fields of Finance, Construction Management, Information Technology, Risk Management/Innovation, and Geographic Information Systems.
During their internships, they reflected on their time, providing inside perspectives on the skills they gained, the projects they worked on, the overall impact their role had on their professional growth, and the experiences that defined their summer. We’re proud to invest in the next generation with tangible skillsets and experiences that will help students take the next steps toward their future careers.
