Ron McCutcheon serves as President of the East Construction Division for the Tepa Companies. He brings more than 35 years of experience in program and project management supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other federal agencies. Throughout his career, Ron has directed the execution of 21 federal Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts valued at more than $900 million, with a portfolio that includes civil works, environmental restoration, demolition, streambank stabilization, and levee improvement projects across the Midwest.

Ron is known for his strong operational discipline and his ability to coordinate complex resources to meet demanding federal requirements. His leadership centers on accountability, clear communication, and high-performance execution. In his role at Tepa, Ron oversees project performance across the East Construction Division, ensures alignment with Tepa’s Core Values, leads monthly program reviews, and provides strategic guidance to resolve challenges and keep projects on track.

He holds a master's degree in environmental engineering from the University of Kansas and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri. Ron remains committed to strengthening Tepa’s construction capabilities and supporting excellence in federal project delivery.
