Tepa provided construction services for this firm-fixed-price project to construct a 410-foot-wide by 770-foot-long ramp, designed to accommodate four helicopters side by side or moor up to 19 helicopters. Crafted from seven-inch thick Portland cement concrete, the new ramp required the demolition of existing pavement, an asphalt taxiway, and fencing, followed by a site elevation increase of 15 feet.
