Tepa completed Phase I of this project to renovate and convert an existing 135,000-square-foot (SF) hangar into a B-1 parts storage facility. The scope included site work, abatement, demolition, upgrade of fire sprinkler, electrical systems, fire alarm, and remodeled space. The facility will accommodate workspaces for base personnel in the administrative and warehouse areas.
