Tepa provided work planning, site research, development of remedial design alternatives, and reporting for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Omaha District. The project addressed the releases of aqueous film-forming foam and the resulting contamination of groundwater with perfluorooctanoic acid and perfluorooctane sulfonic acid near at Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota. Under this contract, the project team approved work planning documents, approved Engineering Evaluation/Cost Analysis and Action Memorandum, and approved Concept Design.
