The Tepa Companies constructed the Joint Cryptologic Center at Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, Colorado. The new two-story, 30,000-square-foot facility provides operational training and dedicated administrative office space for the National Security Agency Colorado and its Service Cryptologic Elements. The facility also houses the Rocky Mountain Learning Center, which provides space for unclassified training.
