Tepa is working with the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on the design and construction of a comprehensive educational facility. The complex will encompass a 57,800-gross-square-foot (SF) K-8 school to serve 188 students, a 16,400 SF dormitory to accommodate 60 students, a 4,500 SF maintenance facility, and 20 employee quarters totaling 33,060 SF. The project also includes essential utility upgrades and site improvements.
