Kansas City, MO (February 28, 2024)— In a significant development, Roundhouse PBN, a Tepa Company, has been awarded a $13.6 million contract at FE Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, WY. The contract entails providing a secure, relocatable temporary facility, inclusive of all site preparation, design, manufacture, delivery, and installation of modular or prefabricated building assemblies. Additionally, Roundhouse PBN will oversee the provision, installation, and fit-out of the facility to accommodate approximately 200 personnel within both unclassified and secure ICD/ICS 705 work areas and server rooms, various collaboration and meeting rooms, and common use and utility areas. The project is slated for completion by February 2025.

Jill Miller, Senior Business Development Manager at Tepa Companies, attributed the success of securing this project to Tepa Companies’ extensive experience in both horizontal and vertical construction on military installations for Department of Defense (DoD) agencies. Miller emphasized Tepa’s proficiency in remote, harsh environments, familiarity with DoD standards and regulations, established relationships with DoD contract and project management staff, as well as the company’s outstanding safety record and partnerships with qualified local subcontractors.

Miller further highlighted the project’s unique feature of constructing a secure area meeting ICD/ICS 705 standards within the temporary manufactured building, underscoring Tepa Companies’ expertise in building Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) on military facilities.

As Roundhouse PBN embarks on this project, the company remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering top-tier construction solutions for military infrastructure.
